Equipment Demonstration And Test Agreement

7.2. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement or understanding between Surna and Sterling with respect to the subject matter of the Contract and there is no written or written agreement or understanding not set forth therein. Upon request, at any time during the term of this Agreement and without invitation at the time of termination or expiration of this Agreement, without regard to the person initiating the termination, Sterling agrees to immediately return (without retaining copies, summaries, files or notes from source materials) all information and records relating to the Surna business and Surna products. Whether or not established by Sterling during the term of this Agreement, including all designs, specifications, drawings, constructions, parts lists and other information relating to Surna products, all company and equipment manuals and policies relating to Surna products, to the full the present state relates to the surna business and surna products. 5.
