I would say watch a horror movie that is seohwmat unrealistic. Watch Interview with a Vampire, Halloween (classic because the classic isn’t too scary, more humorous), When a Stranger Calls, Disturbia, Secret Window, Jaws My first horror movie was Texas Chainsaw Massacre when I was like 12 and I was terrified. Now I’m 17 and love horror films. You need to ease yourself into it. Watch movies with just popups and stuff. Eventually you can start to watch horror movies. Just remind yourself it isn’t real. Laugh to yourself at some scene. When a part is really scary, I make myself criticize their acting or the bad effects. There is ZERO chance of you facing ghosts or murderers, remember that.
